It was created in Brazil mainly by descendants of African slaves with Brazilian native influences in the 16th century. Taking a fitness approach rather than a fighting approach, Morgan aims to introduce Capoeira as a great fitness workout session and as an alternative way to improve body movements for dancers and sportsmen.
